Treatment

Exercise & rehabilitation

Treatment and exercise go together. An individually adapted exercise programme is a central part of the approach — both during a course of treatment and to help prevent recurrences.

Exercise as part of treatment

In addition to treatment at the clinic, you receive an exercise programme adapted to your examination and your complaints. The aim of the programme is to support mobility, stability and load tolerance.

  • Individually adapted exercise programme
  • Advice on load and working postures
  • Progression and follow-up over time
  • Preventive approach for recurring complaints

Follow-up

At follow-up visits, complaints and exercises are reviewed and the programme is adjusted where needed. The approach is planned together with you, based on your circumstances.

The information on this page is general and does not constitute medical advice or a promise of treatment results. Every complaint is assessed individually at a clinical examination. For acute or serious symptoms, contact 1177 or 112.
